Built around a unique episodic game structure, the story of Alone in the Dark is split into a number of distinct episodes. Much like a TV show, each episode will begin with a video summary of the previous episode, to quickly re-immerse the player in the story, and remove the need for players to try and remember where they were or what they were doing in the last episode.

The story follows the tales of Edward Carnby, a New Yorker determined to solve an earth shattering secret hidden in New York’s iconic Central Park. Over the course of one apocalyptic night, our hero must uncover the truth.

wow, i cant wait to get this game, i saw a preview on tv with a 2 ft subwoofer turned up to 80/100 and it made the floor shake. that was when iknew i was in love!

I love Silent Hill.
As I can't get it on Wii, Alone in the Dark is going to have to do.

Please people, just don't watch the movie.
I almost guarantee you'll want you 90 minutes of life back afterward.

the CONTROLS suck. You will be frustrated with this game. The camera angles are extremely hard to work with. frequent frames dropping. i really had high hopes for this game. i'll play it some more and hopefully it gets better but the controls really let it down.

as meef said, this game was over-hyped.
