From the very tiniest forms of life to the intergalactic level of existence, you are in control of life itself in this simulation game by Will Wright. Beginning in the primordial ooze, players create a character from DNA that will grow, survive, and mate as it evolves from a single-celled organism to a fully-formed member of an establishing species. As more and more creatures inhabit the world, and as evolution forms the future, your species will join herds, clans, even civilizations. The more advanced the creatures of the planet grow, the more complex the strife of survival becomes.

There is a release date at the moment. It's September 7th 08. It was going to be released today! (March 3rd) but it got pulled down again.

So September 7 guys! Let's hope Brawl is released before that!

I doubt this will ever see the Wii... For one it is not confirmed for the Wii at all as of yet (I do know there is a spin off game for the Wii but not the actuall game 'Spore') and secondly it has taken long enough to get to PC... I have been tracking this game since it first was announced officially in 2005... I have seen it release date move from 2006 to late 2006 to early 2007 to Q4 2007 to September 2008 and now to the date they have anounced...

It seems at the moment that it'll just be a PC game, but I'm sure they'll work on trimmed-down versions for consoles eventually.

i don't thihnk this is going to be on the wii. it was only made for DS and Computer and by now with all the new expansion packs i doubt they will make it for the Wii.
