Nope. I actually didn't check out Super Guide until I'd finished the game, just so I could see how it worked and I could report on it. And even though I'd finished the game already and was only looking at it to see how it worked, I still felt dirty and useless using it!

If you read it he said it would take a six or seven hours longer than that if you take your time playing at a normal speed. That guy was going hardout fast to the max so of course it was going to be short.

Mario games have never taken very long to complete if you rush them. Also this game is stated to be extremely hard at many points so dying will take up even more time.

Plus like ICC said many games these days are very short. COD 4 anyone?

When you actually play the game you will realise that it will take a long time to complete. Especially when you go after that elusive 100% completion.

pfft 6 hours on a 'speed run' is not a short time. I'm a kind of gamer that likes to get everything out of the game. if i missed something cool or bonus i willl try and find it. This game could easily entertain me for 20 hours me being me.

It was a speed run, most 'core gamers' wouldn't just speed through it, rather go through the game getting everything. If you're a core gamer then do that and don't complain, I say.

My experience is enhanced if I can play though a game without break. I like to start and finish the game in the single sitting or at least have the opportunity to do so (obviously I expect a certain degree of difficulty), especially with the platform genre. I’m sure I’ll enjoy it either way.
