What this is saying is that if you install an illegal application on your wii you will be able to illegally download and play PS games on your wii.

This is not a partnership between Nintendo and Sony.

The application itself isnt illegal, its just allowing it to read back ups of games from an SD card. Whats illegal is obtaining those back ups if you dont already own the game.

By making this application, they havent broken any laws, but are sort of convincing people to break them in order to use their application.

I mainyl want this to have CDROM support so I dont have to download games I already own and play them in the wii.

So until that happens, I probably wont be getting this application.

Look at all the confusion below about people thinking Nintendo and Sony have gone into business. They dont realise this isnt legit news, its news reporting on an illegal device.
